Titan Electric partnered with Leopardo Construction on this multi-million-dollar interior demolition and renovation project for Fortinet, an Internet Security Company. Located in Chicago’s West Loop, the building will be the home of Fortinet’s International Headquarters. The renovation of this seven-story brick and concrete building included a redesign of the lobby, updated elevator cabs, a roof deck and new building systems. Titan’s scope of work included installation of LED Light Fixtures, Lighting Controls, Branch Power, Mechanical Power and AV/LV/Data/Security Raceways throughout.
