Amazon’s Markham distribution center is a sprawling 3.85MM square feet with a footprint of 855,000 square feet and four and half levels of mezzanine to support robotics sorting and distribution.

Titan’s scope of work included power distribution to (66) docks, (96) Amazon Robotics charging panels, (10) future electric vehicle chargers, 42,500 square feet of office space, installation of over 10,000 high bay LED fixtures and control, and more.

The Titan team was also responsible for integrating all robotics with the Fire Alarm System.

The project was completed on-schedule in just 16 months, despite it taking place during one of the most challenging times in history for material and labor procurement. Amazon took occupancy on August 1, 2021.
