810 N Clark is a new 16-story residential development located on the River North and The Gold Coast border in Chicago. The apartment building includes 129 studio and one-bedroom micro apartments and is connected to the landmark Bush Temple of Music building via a ground-floor lobby. The rooftop amenity deck features an outdoor terrace, swimming pool, grills, and lounge seating. Titan Electric partnered with Pepper Construction on this design/build project, which consisted of electrical, security, low-voltage, audio/visual, and fire alarms from design schematic to construction.
