Mariano’s West Loop
Project Details
Titan Electric was the selected electrical subcontractor for Mariano’s flagship store in Chicago’s West Loop. The two-story, 70,000-square-foot project, which is under consideration for LEED Silver Certification, includes several energy-saving features, including daylight harvesting, an automation system to ensure the most efficient use of energy and water, a pre-vegetated modular green roofing system, and a parking garage with priority spacing for hybrid vehicles.
With all BIM drawings completed i-house, Titan installed everything from lighting, security, paging, and music systems to the power and control wiring for all escalators, shopping cart conveyors, freight and passenger elevators, freezers, walk-in coolers, refrigerators, and food equipment.
