Titan Electric partnered with Lendlease Construction on the complete build-out of these (2) Residential Towers consisting of 1,026,594 square feet built on a Common podium with Amenity Spaces, Parking, (3) pools, and exterior site work/park areas. Both towers were constructed simultaneously, with crews rotating between the towers strategically to maximize efficiency and maintain the project schedule. As a result, both towers were completed at the same time. Notably, both buildings are backed up by a 1-megawatt generator. Our services included new electrical service & distribution, power, lighting, emergency generator, HVAC connections, residential build-out, fire alarm system, raceways for tele/data, audio/visual, security systems, telecommunications, security system, and owner networking equipment.
