Hotel Zachary is a distinctive boutique hotel in Chicago’s Wrigleyville neighborhood, across from historic Wrigley Field. Titan Electric partnered with Walsh Construction on the Design/Build of this 7-story, 236,000 square-foot building consisting of a lower-level parking garage, (8) restaurant/retail tenants on the 1st & 2nd floors, (4) hotel floors on the 3rd-6th floors, and a rooftop restaurant. The project consisted of complete design & permit drawings, new electrical service & distribution, power, lighting, emergency generator, HVAC connections, complete code-compliant fire alarm system, and raceways for tele/data, audio/visual, and security systems. Notably, the fire alarm was an interconnecting commercial and tenant system installation.
