Titan Electric completed construction of a new two-story Crate & Barrel store at Old Orchard Mall in Skokie, IL. This project presented some unique challenges due to the upcoming holiday season. The client requested construction be completed two months earlier than a typical store construction. Additionally, the second-floor post tension deck made the installation on both floors more difficult. However, Titan met all deadlines and ensured the store was fully operational for the holiday shopping season. Titan’s scope of work included power distribution, 5,000 feet of track lighting, emergency distribution system, programmed and building-certified fire alarm system, voice/data system and sound system, building security system, and new CCTV system.
