Clarendale Six Corners in Portage Park, Chicago is a 10-story 365,000 square foot senior living facility featuring 258 units comprised of 114 independent living apartments, 98 assisted living units, and 46 memory care units.

The 4th floor amenity space features a fitness center, movie room, art studio, hair salon, several dining options, and an outdoor terrace. There is 18,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor and a 2-level parking garage with EV charger capabilities.

Titan Electric worked with Ryan Companies on this design build project, delivering a wide range of electrical work including all incoming services, a 500KW diesel generator, IECC energy code lighting throughout, exterior site lighting, and critical building operations systems including telecommunications, audio visual, fire alarm, area of refuge, paging, lighting protection, and security including access controls and CCTV.

Titan also completed provisions for the future retail space on the ground level.
