Titan Electric completed a 145,000-square-foot renovation build-out for the American College of Surgeons, located within the 27-story skyscraper in Chicago’s East River neighborhood on the near north side. The multi-phased project spanned seven floors, including conference rooms and an open-office space design mixed with private offices and meeting rooms. The Titan team installed Lutron Vive with BAS Integration, Fire Alarm/Life Safety/Security Systems, and LV Systems in partnership with other esteemed Chicago contractors, including Clune Construction, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Gwen Grossman Lighting Design, and engineering firm Syska Hennessy Group, Inc.
