Titan Electric partnered with Skender Construction and CBRE on this full base building and tenant space renovation project. The renovation consisted of creating specialized spaces such as a production studio, fitness center, divisible conference center, and executive pre-function areas. Titan installed all audio-visual systems for the building, including over 170 displays with more than 100 Room Scheduling and Digital Signage panels throughout. Key features include installation of nearly 100 Microsoft Teams-integrated conference rooms to accommodate anywhere from 2 to over 100 participants as well as a Large Training Room with a 21:9 Ultrawide Jupiter Display and Crestron 1Beyond Automate system.
