Titan Electric was the design-build electrical contractor for a 987,500 square foot build-to-suit regional 3M distribution facility. The largest logistics center for 3M in the United States broke ground in October 2015 and was completed in just under a year on schedule. The building features a 51,000 square foot high-hazard storage room, a 30,000 square foot aerosol room, and nearly 15,000 square feet of Cool and Cold room space. In addition to installing the addressable fire alarm, access controls, and paging systems, the Titan team was responsible for powering (18) IDF cabinets, (225) forklift battery chargers, (26) HVLS fans, (154) dock doors, a 30 kVA UPS system, a 275 Kw Natural Gas generator, and more.
