345 N. Morgan is an 11-story 260,000, 260,000-square-foot ground-up office building in Fulton Market, a thriving neighborhood in Chicago’s West Loop. This stunning boutique office building, inspired by some of the world’s most iconic train stations, will be completed in the summer of 2025. Titan Electric has partnered with Skender Construction on this shell & core project consisting of distribution, branch power, fixtures, fire alarm systems, raceways for security systems, exterior lighting, and build-out of the lobby and back of house areas.
