Titan Electric completed a 148,000 square foot renovation and repositioning for, located at 200 N. LaSalle Street in Chicago. The multi-phased project used modular flooring and wall-panel systems, as well as modular furniture, to maximize flexibility for future reconfigurations and to achieve LEED points for materials and innovation.

The project, which helped achieve LEED Certification, included a comprehensive upgrade of existing light fixtures and the installation of occupancy sensors throughout the building.

Titan’s Low Voltage Division installed voice and data infrastructure throughout the building with copper, fiber and coaxial backbone to each floor.
