American College of Surgeons – Chicago, IL

Titan Electric completed a 145,000sqft renovation buildout for American College of Surgeons. The multi-
phased project, located at 633 N St. Clair in Chicago, spanned 7 floors, including a conference center
floor and typical office floors, which have an open office design mixed with some private offices and
meeting rooms.

The general contractor on this project was Clune Construction, the architect was Skidmore, Owings &
Merrill LLP, the lighting designer was Gwen Grossman Lighting Design, and the engineer was Syska
Hennessy Group Inc.
