110 N Wacker
Titan Electric was selected as design build engineers and the electrical contractor for a commercial office project at 110 N. Wacker, on Chicago’s riverfront. This project has over 1.5M square feet of rentable space, 57 stories, and is the tallest all-commercial building since Two Prudential Plaza, built in 1990. The Class A commercial space includes a state-of-the-art building systems and telecommunications infrastructure, along with Chicago’s only 5G-capable DAS network.

- Complete DAS and WAP infrastructure with expansion capabilities for tenant fit-out
- Complete structured wiring riser system utilizing Blown Fiber and Copper Backbone
- Master Label Lighting protection system
- Complete 3D BIM modeling of all systems
