Dan Neswold – C.E.O.
With over 35 years of experience in the electrical contracting business, Dan oversees the day to day operations for the organization, including responsibility for overall operations and business development for Titan Electric. With an extensive network of customers including general contractors, telecommunication companies and financial service companies, Dan manages the customer relations, estimating, cash management and project management for all his customers.
Alex Guillen – President
While overseeing the estimating and project management for Titan, Alex is also actively involved with the company's day to day operations. This includes responsibility for overall operations and business development for Titan Electric's Power Division. With over 35 years of experience in the electrical contracting business, Alex has an extensive network of customers that includes general contractors, hospitals, telecommunication companies and financial service companies.
Adam Sandefur – C.F.O.
As a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional and member of the Construction Financial Management Association, Adam directs all aspects of financial management, insurance, banking, bonding, and auditing for Titan. His role also includes oversight of Human Resources and Information Technology. Adam is an experienced department leader with over 15 years in the construction field.
Brant M. Barton – C.O.O.
Joining the Titan Electric team as Vice President in 2008, Brant was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2014. With over 40 years of experience, his role as Chief Operations Officer involves all aspects of Titan’s Project Management structure and Titan client relationships. Focusing on mentoring the Project Management team on topics such as management technique, business development, business ethics and communications, he will be managing and improving the Project Management Program. As Titan’s client base grows, Brant will also concentrate on improving and developing new client relationships.
Michael McInerney – Chairman
With over 35 years of experience in the electrical contracting business, Michael also has over 20 years of experience as a President and C.E.O. At the helm, he took a former electrical contracting company to a premier position in the Chicagoland area, with revenues of over $140M. He is the Past President of The Chicago Building Congress, Past President of the Electrical Association of Chicago, Past Chairman of the IBEW Pension Funds of Local 701 and DuPage Division Chairman of the Northeastern Illinois Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association. He was the City of Hope "Spirit of Life" award winner in 2003 and was a founding member of Crash, a charity helping the disadvantaged in Chicago. He is also a Supervising Electrician in the City of Chicago and has the authority to obtain electrical work permits.
